Corresponde al Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad calcular la tasa de referencia de crecimiento del Producto Interior Bruto de medio plazo de la economía española, de acuerdo con la metodología utilizada por la Comisión Europea en aplicación de su normativa. Esta tasa se publicará en el informe de situación de la economía española al que se refiere el artículo 15.5 de esta Ley. Será la referencia a tener en cuenta por la Administración Central y cada una de las Comunidades Autónomas y Corporaciones Locales en la elaboración de sus respectivos Presupuestos.
